Astrium Space Transportation produces leading fluid control equipment.

These products include :

• Pyrotechnical valves, used for opening or shutting definitely fluid circuits on satellite and space transportation systems.
• Latch valves, used for shutting or opening propellant circuits on satellite and space transportation systems.
• Flow control valves, used for controlling attitude correction on 10 to 22 N thruster satellites.
• Pressure regulators, to provide (medium) pressure regulated fluid from a high pressure source.

At Astrium Space Transportation, we have major production capabilities. Today, there are over 500 of these products in earth orbit in European satellites, boasting a 100% mission success rate. And thanks to a 0% leak rate, they provide reliable fluid regulation to spacecraft propulsion systems while improving mission life times. Our global fluid product range capabilities are undergoing continual development. And because we belong to a major group, our range of products is in for the long haul.

At Astrium Space Transportation, we have the man-power and the resources to manufacture and deliver up to 140 tanks per year. Additionally, we can offer a whole array of products fabricated by Astrium Space Transportation in our modern, recently remodelled facilities, from off-the-shelf to full custom, including pressure regulators, pyrovalves, tubing, heaters, as well as services, such as pre-integrated and pre-proof tested equipment assembly.
