Low cost but smart mass memory
The SMART Mass Memory offers a wide range in capacity, bandwidth and interfaces at a low price. Due to a high degree of standardisation and modularity they can be adapted to customer requirements without extra development. The basic core of the standard SSMM architecture has been progressively advanced. High capacity is achieved by state of the art memory technologies (SDRAM, DDR, Flash) and high density vertical packaging technologies (cubes). Additional functionality can be added to the flexible architecture (e.g. Compression, Formatting, and Encryption).
