High capacity memory module (HCMM)
The HCMM offers data storage solution which can be used as single board memory extension in a data processing unit and as multiple memory module board as part of a mass memory system. High capacity is achieved by state of the art memory technologies (512 Mb SDRAM) and high density vertical packaging technologies.

Building block for large mass memory systems. Single board memory extension of computer memory. The HCMM memory board is build up by 4 individual memory partitions. Each partition provides independent dual power sensing and latch up current protection by overcurrent sensing and switching.
