The activities and performance of the Suppliers have a key impact on Astrium’s overall environmental performance and capacity to manage related risks. Therefore Astrium and its suppliers shall ensure full compliance of their activities and products through their life cycle with applicable environmental laws and regulations, and in particular with the European Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)

In such respect, the supplier shall perform services and/or deliver products to Astrium which do not contain any substances banned under applicable laws or regulations.
