PRESSURIZATION MEAN
- Water pressurization bench in a specific tests chamber :

- Gas pressurization bench (Nitrogen or Helium) in Merlon :
-800 bars
- Measurement centralizing HBM (displacement monitoring, stress and temperature measurement)
- Automatic cycles running
LEAK TESTING MEAN
- Bench : 800 bars Helium under chamber (global inverse)
- Leak level measurement with masse spectrometers Leybold UL 500 fit with automatic autocalibration leak system (smallest detectible leak signal : 10-11 PA m3 s-1)
- Test chamber affords to characterize specimen 1 m x 1 m
THERMAL AND/OR PRESSURE CYCLE
- Test on Merlon
- Chamber 1 m x 1,5 m x 1,5 m
- Temperature from -60°C to + 200°C
- Measurement mean HBM (displacement monitoring, stress and temperature measurement)
- Automatic cycles running
SPECIFIC GAS TESTS
- Maximum 1000 bars.
